Hi everyone,

I originally set up my mother's Verizon Razr (V3?) with a Moto HS850 BT headset. It worked fine for a couple of months. All of a sudden today there was no sound coming out of the headset. I thought I'd just re-pair the HS850 to the phone -- so I deleted the original device profile, and attempted to start over. But now the Razr just will not see the headset while looking for BT devices -- as soon as I select <looking for devices> I immediately got the message "no devices found"... Almost like the phone is not trying. I followed the instructions for pairing exactly: power the headset on until the light stays lit which is the pairing mode; then use the phone to look for devices. Nothing. Has anyone had this problem? I went onto Moto's site, and their BT troubleshooting wasn't helpful at all.

Any tips will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
