Sending videos to RAZOR?

Okay so I have a V551, and a bunch of my friends got razors. They can capture and send video clips to me and eachother just fine, but I Cant send any to them, It sends but they never get it. Is it possible to send it to them, is there some setting I need to change?

does your mms work ok with pictures and who is your provider?
