plz tell me how to transfer contacts into sim memory in n-gage

Select the contact to be copied, look under the Options menu of the selected contact(s) and press Copy to SIM direct.

and one sad thing is, u have to transfer them one by one

when i try to install metal bluster[1.62mb] game in my n-gage qd it says that memory low delete some data .But after deleting every files for phone memory it again says that memory low delete some data. i cannot install big size game files.plz help me
