what u mean? what screen? inside or out? what logo?

Is this what you mean?

plmn_text_table.bin

Alpha Tag Database
seem 0032, offset 4B, bit 6 must be set to "0"
in some cases, seem 0032, offset 02, bit 1 must be set to "0" also

first offset prior to text is the number of characters in the alpha tag, in hex
Example: "Cingular" would require "08" and "XLR8 Is Awesome" would require "0F"
Confusing? Maybe so. A little lesson for counting in hexadecimal. Forget what you learned about counting to "10" in Kindergarten; let's count to "10" in hex...
00, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 0A, 0B, 0C, 0D, 0E, 0F, 10 (exciting, huh? wanna count to "10" in binary? 00, 01, 10 EASY!)

second offset prior to text has something to do with the band the network uses (ie. 850/900/1800/1900) I recommend not changing it.
It appears as though 01/02/03 denote 900/1800 and 04/08/0C denote 850/1900 and 05/07/09 denote all bands.

third offset prior to text is the first two digits of the "MNC" code, reversed
Example: For a network code of 123-456, you would see "54" in this offset

fourth offset prior to text is the last digit of the "MCC" code (digit #2 in the offset) and the last digit of the "MNC" code (digit #1 in the offset)
Example: For a network code of 123-456, you would see "63" in this offset

fifth offset prior to text is the first two digits of the MCC code, reversed
Example: For a network code of 123-456, you would see "21" in this offset

Posted by: Mr_Possible

A master reset should only reset the phone.....shouldnt do the sim...and for the provider icon...try a google search...u should find a seem in there somehweere

Posted by: LukeOnV3x

well, it did erase the sim as well because when i checked the phonebook it shows nothing. and i know saved all my contacts only on sim to be able to swap phone anytime. am i doing something wrong then?

Posted by: LukeOnV3x

Check that mr possible. i just now realized i am using my other sim card in my new phone & there's no contacts in it.....daaaaa. my bad! but anyway, i am still learning my 3x, so excited that i don't know what i'm doing...haha, thanks though guys, i am learning a lot in here. more power to ya'l knowledge.

ok i think there's another problem. i tried my picture messaging from my other line & when i received it on my V3x, it says message cannot download please try again later. well, i tried it again but it keeps saying the same result. it also in the beginning when u open the message that......please log in to tmobile.com/picture...blah blah blah, your password is ####
why does it do that? i mean i'm on a family plan + $9.99 text & picture messaging unlimited plan. but its probably the setting of the phone since i bought it online. and oh yeah, the URL on the phone is mobile.three.web.hk something like that. is this anything to do with it?
