Rokr E1 Monster Pack Questions

Hello All!
I want to try some monster packs on my Rokr E1, but i don't know which on to try most of the one s the i found are for the E398. Which monster packs i can use on my phone?
And is there any software or somethings that enhance the signal on the phone... a signal booster or something like that?
