Hello all,

I'm currently a U.S. Cellular Razr owner. I can do a few things with it like ringtones, pics etc. Is there any difference when it comes to a T-Mobile Razr? I'm thinking of getting her a pink one for mother's day. I want to be able to load ring tones on it for her with no problems. Is it as easy to do as my U.S. cellular unit using P2K?

MPT sucks. too glitchy. try any p2k prog. Moto4lin works for LINUX/OSX

Mobile Phone Tools limits what you can put on the V3c... or maybe it's US Cellular. I know that Verizon has severely limited what MPT can do. I would suspect that US Cell is doing the same.

I have the Razr V3 on Tmobile and I can it everything with Mobile Phone Tools... sounds, pictures, backup my phone, add my oulook calendar, etc. There's very little restrictions put on MPT by TMob on the Razr.

MPT is buggy .. .but it works better than anything else!

Key is to run live update to the latest version 4.04b I believe...

And to get the drivers from the mobile phone tools folder. Once you get it connecting properly... you can do alot with it from custom ringtones to phone book entries and backups...

I had my V3 with Tmobile .. its GSM not CDMA and none of the feature are blocked as with the CDMA versions...

If you wanted to transfer .mp3 ringers to or from the US Cellular RAZR to the T-Mobile RAZR by bluetooth, it won't go!!!

Yes. The verizon and us cell BT devices have crippled Bluetooth. No OBEX, tiger. I'm not certain, but i think the Nokia Us CELL is offering might not be crippled. maybe just a rumor.

Got it. Works just like the U.S. Cellular one. However, the screens are way different between the two companies. How do I get the date on the outside window? Is this possible? My U.S. Celular list the time and date on the outside.
