Ok i have an unbranded L7 flashed with the factory motorola monster file. I have iTunes loaded and working, i was able to enable IM and autoupdate for date and time. I also was able to turn on airplane mode option but i cant for the life of me get the menu icon to show up. I have read forms till my eyes crossed tried every menu edit and seem edit i can find so can someone help me figure this out? is there a way that i can use a seem edit to create a shortcut like with itunes? I know it is possible to make this work because my phone had this before i flashed it. But like a dumb a__ i didn't back up my phone first because i did not realize that the new flash did not have the airplane mode option. I did the seem 32 edit so I know that the option is truned on i just have no way to access it. I'm going on a long trip this weekend so i would love to have this working.
Also when i try to do a flash on my phone now i get critical errors 80 and 42 does anyone know what that means? My phone just restarts and goes back to normal after that

Can someone who has airplane mode on their phone try to create a shortcut to it. If you can will you create a shortcut on #6 and use P2kTools to save seem 0002_0006 and upload it or send it to me.

Here it is. This is the first time I have done it, so hope it works.
I created an airplance mode shortcut to #6, loaded seem 0002_0006 from the V3i and then saved same to a file on my PC.

I don't know if the one from the v3i will work with my L7 but i will take a look at it. It also may depend on weather you made the shortcut to the menu or the the two actual programs

I got your PM, and I can tell you that I did the shortcut from the Airplane Mode menu item on the phone, confirmed that the shortcut worked on the phone, then saved the seem from the phone to my PC via P2K Tools.
I'm not sure what you mean by doing a shortcut from the "actual program" so someone will have to fill in those blanks and I can try again tomorrow morning.
