Audio Broadcast Over the Air

Does anyone know of a phone capable of broadcasting an outside audio source over the phone line? Here's what I mean....
Take an outside audio source (let's say its a radio), hook up that radio into the phone via a cable of some sort, and then have the phone broadcast that audio stream to another phone on an active call.
Really racking my brain over this one...any insight would be greatly appreciated.
