I am debating wether or not to claim insurance on my phone because the buttons arn't working. So, I am wondering what phone do you think lockline will think is equal to my phone since I don't believe they have carried it for a while? I am think about getting a N73 when it comes out this summer, so is it worth it?

To note I had a lockline insurance claim about 11 monthes ago, is that too soon to claim another one?

I think you're allowed 2 every 24 month, maybe 12 months. Either way you're covered.

As far as replacements, not sure.

Any idea if I would get another 6620, or would it be different phone

I'm gonna have to say a different phone, it is a bit old, but I have been wrong many times in telling people to expect a different model. It just depends really on if they have those still sitting around. But my educated guess is no.

Just talked with XBM last night - I was offered a 6620 as a smartphone replacement, so they've still got them. Don't know if they're refurbs, tho'...

Too bad they didn't offer the 6682...

Actually, a 6682's what I'm sending back to them! Loved the 6682's concept and design, should have gotten an unbranded version, tho'. They wanted to send me a 6620, fearing a refurb, I opted for an 8125.
