Editing Seem 0171_0001 to say "Quad-Band GSM"

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with something. I've recently just gotten into SEEM editing and I'm still learning. I have an unlocked Motorola V360 and it's actually a QUAD-BAND phone, but under "Technology" it still says "GSM 900/1800-1900". Can anyone help me with changing the text on this seem to say "Quad-Band GSM"? I've tried to edit it through XVI32 and it's not saving and uploading to my phone correctly. I appreciate any help

use software like p2k manager. where it says "upload seem" put 0171 in first box and 0001 in 2nd. it will ask you where the file is. locate file on your PC and it will upload to phone. switch the phone off then back on and it should have updated.
