I have the problem with my v360 that when i talk to someone on the phone, little louder than usual or laugh, i hear crackling noise or clicking feedback and my breathing also loud, i guess cause my voice volume is to loud,
so how can i lower this with the volume settings in p2ktools.

easy,
on pktools you will see on the top bar "tools" then simply click change volumes and you will see speaker, just put it down a couple notches

cool thanks for the help, i have 2 other questions,

1.)My mp3 ringtones i use right now, they sounded low at first even at max volume 7, so when i increase the volume in p2ktools a few notches up, they became static and distorted at volume 6 and 7,even one notch up cause the same problem, so whats a good way to increase the ringtone volume/make the ringtone louder without becoming static and distorted when the volume is increased.

2.)What does "system tone" change exactly in the volume control?

recommended settings for the external speaker is not more than 4...you risk distorting or blowing out your speaker if you set it higher. Same goes with the earpiece speaker...nothing more than 4 or 5.
