BB 7100i w/ Bluetooth H700 - HELP!!

I found a h700 today. I tried connecting it to my 7100i, it seemed like it worked because the device name popped up..but afta that I couldnt find it. so i tried again and again..even with my other bb 7520 and those paired. but the h700 will not! i've been charging it until the color is green...do i need to link it to my comp or something..is there a step by step process...and yes i've tried the search all day and still cant find an answer. thanks

The instructions are very clear. Read what came with the device and also your phone and it will work perfectly.

Put headset in pair mode
Put BB in pair mode
once device is found put in code, typically 0000
once that is done highlight the device in the bluetooth options, go to options, put as trusted device.

Also please make sure you fully charge the headset before use.
