v360 problem

something happened when i was trying to add games to my v360 now i cant add anything to my games and applications using p2k tools when i do try to access the games and apllications from the phone it says No installed MIDLET suites..
Whats the problem??
The phone is unlocked and unbranded
using 30R_B flash verison
