Watching videos, no FF, no RW, how to I make more chapters with decrypter??

Even though my phone has a FF and RW option it does not work.
So can someone please tell me how to make more chapters out of one
movie file?? This way if I have to stop watching I dont have to start
all over again.
I use 3gp converter and decrypter.
Any help would be much appreciated
