Internet problems for Tmobile

Hello all
i just purchased a P910a Unlocked. I have the Tmobile full internet plan but i cant get it to work right. Is there a data lock that may still be active?
I have been working with Tmobile USA for hours but no good any suggestions would be appreciated.

How long ago did you get the service added on to your plan? I ask because when I got the T-mobile web plan added on to my service, it took them almost 2 weeks to get it activated.
Outside of that, it has to be your data settings.
