V3c Verizon to Alltel firmware corrupt?

When I flashed my v3c from verzion to alltel I got a mixture of both software versions. Now I can't get rid of one or the other. I tried to go back to Verizon and then back to Alltel. NO LUCK. I have missing menus and I can't see the numbers as I enter them like you are dialing a number. The phone will make and recieve calls without a problem though. When I flash it to alltel the menus are blue and verizon, red. So its just a matter of something wrong. Is this a seem problem? Someone please help me!
