V300 - can't remember how to delete stuff

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I can't remember how to delete text messages off the V300 (for example, the messages your provider sends out to tell you how many minutes you have remaining in your plan).

Also, what is the easy way to delete the phone numbers that store from received calls? It's easy enough to delete the ones from people you have stored on the phone, but when you receive a call from someone who's not in your list there's no "delete" function.

I know that there's an easy way to do both of these things - just can't remember how.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

not sure about the v300, but generally for calls it's menu>recent calls>received calls>menu>delete or delete all
text should be similar menu>messages>message inbox>menu>delete

for text messages, I believe you would press menu, then Inbox Setup, then Auto Cleanup and you can set how your messages will be deleted.

Thanks a bunch for the replies... I tried the menu>recent calls> type thing for both and it worked. Don't know what I would have done without you guys - probably gone mad!

Thanks again!

Nope... I'm such a passive guy - snails give me that funny look when they pass by me. I'd rather search out the information on great forums like this first.

Thanks again for the help - greatly appreciated!
