v600 contact service provider

I got a v600 with t-mobile and asked for a subsidy password, i enter a few and now its saying contact service provider. Im here in canada and the service i have is fido. What can i do to get this phone in working order im a pure nublet, any help would be much appreciated!!!!

you would have to contact the marketplace or t-mobile for unlocking it. then you can use it on fido.

leave your phone on for 30 mins at the contact service provider screen, then it will go back to asking you for the subsidy code again.
