my e398 keypad as well as the top 3 buttons and joystick have recently just froze for some reason. the only button that works is the end call button, but that does me no good. is there something i can do to fix this problem? thanks any help is greatly apprieciated.

Try a master clear and a master reset on the phone. If that doesn't help try reflashing with another E398 monster pack. If still same problem try removing the battery and holding the power (red) button. If still no luck you might have liquid damage on your phone. Hope this helps !!!
