6700 From Alltel Problems

Hi, I am having a little problem with my 6700. I have Alltel service but, their new office sync. When travel to Atlanta from Valdosta, Valdosta being my home area, I cannot receive my e mails. What could be my problem? I am accessing my bellsouth e mail.

not to sure i used to be an alltel agent but that was a year or so ago and the problem you describe is common we had problems with cross carrier internet and text but when i left they were supposed to be working on it....dosent really mean much but hey at least they SAID they would fix it
