P2kman not showing all files

Hey there I'm new at this whole ordeal but trying to learn quickly so please bare with me. I have just about every download to mod a moto phone but I can't seem to get P2kman to show all the files and folders on my phone. I have a V360. But when I open in P2Kcommander it shows the folders and "I'm guessing" all the files but I don't see a skins folder. I've read just about every noobie manual out there and they all seem to say that a skins folder is there. So I was wondering If for some reason the V360 doesn't have one then where are the .ski files that i can't find but I know exist? thanx in advance chuck
