A1200 Internet Problem

I have T-Mobile and added their internet plan today. Unfortunately I've been having troubles getting the phone to actually connect.

Here's what I've done:
1)I downloaded the settings MMS/Internet/E-mail upgraded from the T-mobile site for the RAZR as suggested in another thread.
2)I then went the Menu->Setup->Data Network and then selected 216.155.165.050 as the internet profile.
3)Then I tried to connect to the internet by clicking the www icon. It tries connecting and then gives me "network problem" error.

I called t-mobile and the CSR was pretty useless

I would love to get this figured out and any help is HUGELY appreciated
