L6 individual ring tones?

Can I have different ring tones for different people in my contact list? My friend who has a razr said that he can.

Okay, so I figured out that if I changed the location of where the number is from SIM card to Phone, I can add an individual ring tone for that person.
Since I did the switch from keeping their number from the sim to the phone, will these people not be on my sim card for when I get a new phone next?

Allllso, what software do you guys like to use to take stuff on and off of your phones? I found a program called Mobiledit that works.
Is there a way to delete some of the pictures and ringtones that came with the phone? I could get some of them, but others do not have a delete function.
