cingular pink razr no obex?

I can't seem to push files to the new pink razr my girlfriend got. I was able to do it with her black one but the pink one is a no go. Does anyone know if cingular either turned obex off in the firmware...or if there is a way for me to re enable it? thanks

ok lo and behold this is an unlocked phone...no branding but it doesnt have obex for some reasonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
