Phone dropping calls after 10 mins.

I'm having some problems with my Moto E680 that I've had for about a year. It's been dropping calls after 10 minutes or so. I really don't know what I did to it. I didn't do any flashing or anything like that, are there any fixes to this problem?

Try doing a phone reset....master reset

Take a good look at the battery. Clean the contacts on the battery and phone with alcohol and a Q-Tip. You'll want the Q-Tip to be damp, not dripping. You don't want any liquid getting inside the phone.
