Outlook XP password issue

Not really sure where to ask this question so I'll try here...

I just set up wife's laptop (Dell Inspiron 8100) for dialup networking via her Motorola E815 (using Bluetooth DUN). The Bluetooth dongle is USB and came with the Toshiba BT stack). Everything works fine except Outlook XP always asks for the password when starting up. This exact same machine, connected via a land phone line does NOT have this issue, it only does it when it's connected via the cell phone.

Since the problem only occurs with the cell phone connection, I'm assuming the problem must be in the Network Connection configuration rather than the Outlook/Exchange setup, but I can't figure out what the issue is.

A different laptop (mine), configured similarly, doesn't have this problem, Outlook opens without asking for a password whether it's connected via land line or cell phone (although that machine is running Outlook 2003, not Outlook XP).

Any ideas?
