Hey everyone...
Alright, here is the problem I am facing; I have a 1gb Sandisk memory card that I use with my P910a.
Now, I can add/delete files and move them back and forth from the memory stick by using the P910's docking station - BUT, when I try to transfer files by using an external usb card reader, it gives me an error that "The parameter is incorrect" ?
I can't seem to delete, or add any file through the card reader. This is really annoying me as the transfer rate is much faster with the card reader, but I can't avail it.

For additional information; both the phone and the memory card are brand new and have no problems with them, and I am using Windows XP with all the new updates.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Would love to know how you guys deal with the larger memory cards and data transfers, instead of waiting for the sllllllllllllooooooooowwwww rate transfer provided by the docking station.

Thank you.

hmm...
well it takes a memory card. and i am able to add/delete files through the card when it is formatted through my sony digital camera.
but when formatted with the p910, it doesnt!

any help guys?

The reason that the card won't work when formatted through the P910 is because of the way the P910 formats those cards.

Sony Ericsson P910 writes a different format to the card. That format is not recoginzable to the card readers.

Unfortunately, not much that can be done about it.

Sorry Dude!
