get yourself "GIMP" it's free and only requires the runtime as well. You can resize
just about any file size/type with it.

Well... I am trying to make the theme so the picture is always visable.... but I can't seem to cut it properly... I can attach the original photo if someone wants to try and make a theme out of it and send that to me via messenger or email

what size ??? hang on I've got a theme creator here ......

try these - aspects' a little off but look ok in theme creator !!!

yeah, this is true... but in the theme editor I want the picture to always be visable.. can anyone give it a shot?
