Syncing L7 for contacts....PLEASE HELP!!!

so everything with motorola phone tools and all that is set up. My question is how the hell do you transfer the contacts so that each name will display multiple numbers? like a House, Mobile, and Work for one person? This is how i have it setup in outlook right now, and when i Sync with my SDA it works fine....syncs and does that whole thing with multiple numbers per entry. BELIEVE me when I say i've been trying to figure it out, until i swallowed my pride and just gave up, haha...someone please help?!?!

Go to your phone book, click the menu button, go to setup, then change display to 'primary contact' instead of 'all contacts'.
then, in your phone book, you go to the person you want to call, and click the right and left arrow to see their other phone type (mobile, work, etc).
