My son entered a lock code but dosn't remember what it is.
Does anyone know how to hard reset one?

What model is it? If you have a data cable you can use bitpim to hexdump the nvm_security file and it will show you the password. Works on my 8100 and I would susspect other models as well.

IT's an LX-4400. After searching a number of threads yesterday I learned that using the last 4 digits of the phone number is the default security code. He tried that an it worked! Saved his butt!
