W600i Meets Prius...or not...

I just picked up this phone (and I'm thinking of dumping it). It gets nowhere near the simplicity of pairing with my 2006 Prius like my V600 does and when it does pair, it dumps the connection not long after.
I've tried to use the powersaver settings in the phone to only pair to one device at a time, but it's still hit and miss.
Has anyone had any success with getting these two to play nice?
