I am unable I am unable make a bluetooth dongle connetion from my computer to my phone.; the computer reads the phone an it says it is there but that is all anyone out there have any ideas

You need to be more specific. Which phone, with which provider? What version of windows? What kind of BT dongle? What are you trying to do?
