Have Sony Clie t615 (Palm) and VZ phone - Should I get a Treo or a Pocket PC?

Reasons why I'm considering this:
1. Convenience - carrying one intead of 2 items; entering contacts once instead of twice.
2. My Clie doesn't hold a charge too well, and also crashes a lot with new software installation. This is probably due to a font-hack software Tealmaster, which I need to install vietnamese dictionary on it.
3. My Moto V710 crashes a lot. I'm not sure why. I had VZ programmed my v710 to update to the new 1.4 It would work fine after a reboot (turning off and on.)
My dilemma: Switch to Pocket PC or stay with Palm software and get a Treo 650? I'm familiar with the Palm software, but Windows is pretty easy to use.
My uses will be for entering contacts for a business I'm about to start. A few databases like a dictionary will be installed. I'd like to have a built-in camera to take pix of my kids to personalize my PDA. I won't be using it for gaming or as a video player. I'd like to use the web once in a while on the road.

Well, if you like ease of use and customizability, go with the Treo. I've had a WM phone & it was awkward to use, crashed constantly, and more trouble than it was worth.

Thanks for the input. I do like the Treo a lot.
