With the release of the Treo 700p upon us, I would think the Treo 650 would go down in price. I'm planning on getting the SERO plan soon, but if the price is about to go down, I'd rather buy it then.

Does anyone know how Sprint usually lowers prices or if they give a rebate if it goes down in price in under a month? Maybe if I hit up retention? I don't know...

Any help would be appreciated!

I got mine for $200 from a guy at work, but I would have been willing to pay the standard $300 on ebay. The phone is a freakin' computer. It can do anything. I seriously doubt it would drop $100, especially b/c the 650 is better than the 700 anyways. :P

Got mine at cingular for 199.00 + tax and only had to commit to a year contract (had to pay 299.00 but have a 100.00 mail in rebate)
They all want your buisiness, talk to em and you will be suprised what extra deals they can offer sometimes.
Got my e815 for 65.00 on a 1 year with verizon

You have to talk to them and I would say go into a store instead of the customer service reps on the phone. I got mine at Cingular three weeks ago for $249 ($349-$100 Rebate). I was not due for an upgrade until August and I was trying to get a new phone because my phone broke and I was using an old SE T616 phone that I had to unlock. I called up customer service and they told me since I wasn't due for an upgrade yet I had to pay $499. I was out shopping for something else one day and decide to just walk into the store and talk to the rep there and I told him that I had broken my phone and was using an old T616 and that I was very interested in the Treo but I was not willing to pay $499 for it right now and I would rather wait until August when I was due for an upgrade. He asked me if I was willing to sign a contract for another two years I said no problem I have been with them for almost 5 years if you count my time with AT&T and I haven't had any major problems. He went to the back to talk to the manager and came back out with the Treo box and told me that they will override the upgrade "something" and sell me the phone for the $349 price. And right now I am just waiting on my rebates to process so can officially say I got the Treo for $249.
