please help - spent 2 hours looking for this thread

some time ago someone had posted a list of email addresses for cingular customer service .....and I manually went through every post...and still it did not help.....please I need to get in touch with someone.....

here is my problem...
for almost 17 months - every month my bill was a little bit different.- even though I never went over my allocated 1000 mins.....it it was always off by 5 - 10 bucks..this is not a big deal...but then - all of a sudden they took of my M2M Feature..and with that went almost 3000 mins....and now CS is giving me hell about putting it back...3 months ago they said they would create a ticked and get back to me - never did - then last week I called again - and they told me they had created a ticket - and would get back to me - noone ever did...and now I spoke with a CS rep manager - extremly rude...I would reallly like to complain and escalate this issue....
please help....
