Ok, I screwed something up with my sprite-6700. I can no longer sync up wth my pc.."ANY OF THEM" when I connect, it now says im plugging in an unknows USB device... but the active sync still starts up and says "connecting" though it never connects. The ppc itself doesnt do anything, when I open active sync... the only options available are for help sync'n up to an exchange sever which doesnt work unless you have the exchange admin turn on IIS...but thats another story.. right now..

has anyone had this issue where after a hard reset, it no longer syncs? seems like its hung up or not communicating with the device although its charging through the usb..

I finally uninstalled v4.1..strange things happening..try going to the highest v3.x you can find..hope this helps..thanks..Woody
