7130e doesn't work with google map?

hello, all, I am new to this new model, I am trying to download

www.google.com/gmm, but get this error message

"HTTP 406 Not Accpetable"

if I clicked details, it says
"200 application cannot accept the content [text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor]"

Although 7130 is in the working phone list from google...

Anyone has similar problems before?

Though I can't really help you with your problem I can confirm it does download and work on my 7130e.

Maybe someone more familiar with the error can help. Is your browser still on the default settings?

Hi, Kendall, thanks for confirming it does work.

I did check the broswer settings, though nothing seems related, i still checked all the check marks... don't know what else to do...

If your BB is from your company, chances are they are not allowing you to install custom apps on your BB. That is why you get that message.

are you on a bes or a bis plan and also check your tcp settings to make sure they are correct for your carrier

I always type in http://www.google.com/glm and it works fine on all BB devices.
