V3 Bootloader Query!!!

I remeber when I just got my V3 and tried to flash it, I used a bootloader file on it and didnt know the difference and as a result changed the bootloader unknowingly, and I think thats whats causing my problems that I am presently experiencing. I am wonder if anyone had any links to find some V3 bootloaders and also a little advise on which is the best.
And to tell the truth the main reason I think this is the cause of my problems is bcuz its the only thing left to try cuz I've tried like 5 different flashes and about 3 different flashes and such and still gives the same dropping call issue which is quite the NAG.

Bootloader is not the cause here, try to flash is with the newest MP and most importance is turn your fone of atleast 15 min aday for it to recyle that will help with drop call echo.. sqirling noises.

Why wasnt I told about his sooner? The other night I removed the battery from my phone for about 30mins and when I reinstalled it and use it till the battery went low it charged without a hinge, but it still drops calls just the same, I think. I tried too many Flashes and Flexes for it to be a Flash or Flex problem!
Am sick of this phone man!!!

Hey I still want those links for the bootloaders, and also tell me which bootloader is the best by your opinion.

I'm using 7.DO this one let me do any mod to the fone that ican do, like i said i have use 7.D0...7.E0...8.23....8.26 no different except 7.E0 you barely see info in flash mode, 8.23 and8.26 info in flash mode is clear and bright. Can not do a lot with 8.26 do to srtong RSA protection.
7.D0 allow you to do back up for your fone incase you ever brick it you can get it back, you canunlock it your seft...

what did you used to flash the bootloader. I'm trying to change mine to 8.26 and it's not accepting it. could you please give me some details on how to change the bootoader. thanks.

Well RSD Lite is a great choice but if you can find Pst and use its flashing tool then thats even better. And as for details, I dont know the extension for the bootloader files, but its pretty straight forward when using RSD Lite.
BTW how can I know which Bootloader am using?
Also I'de like to divert the tpoic a bit and ask if anyone could tell me what could be causing troubles adding skins to my fone, I use P2Ktools to add them but for some reason the folders arent being created and cthe files seems to be transfered but actually their not, anyone got any ideas about getting this to work cuz it use to work perfectly well b4 I flashed iit the last time and am really not up for reflashing it with a different flash and flex cuz I useda monster pack and is excellent.

thank you. the code to check what bootloader, turn off you phone then hold down * and # and the power for like 5 sec. for the skin, i have no idea.if that procedure is working for you before it might be the file. try using other file and check. goodluck.

Well to tell the truth I tried two of my other skins and they worked, one of them took multiple tries but eventually worked, but the skin that aint working was my favourite b4 I flashed it, so it couldnt be that its the files. I just dont know but one of these days am gonna sit and try it until it works, hey could yaall tell me all the methods yaall know to install skins onto the V3.

Hi, maybe you can help me here. After long hours I've managed to change the bootloader the flex and the flash of my V3 (the silver one) and now I want to bring it back to where I started in case I need to.

Originally I had the 7.EO bootloader with the 003 language, the R347_G_OE.40.64R and GSMV3ETLCHLA088 Flex and I used the MultiFlash to back up everything (full backup, PSD and Bootloader Backup in 3 files)

Now I have the 08.23 bootloader with the 003 language, the R374_G_OE.42.OER and GSMV3xxT6T4TAO9E Flex.

How can I bring it back to the original settings????

Some thoughs:

As I understand I can't take it back to 07.EO. Can I? Will I be able to record video?
I believe I can to 07.DO but, will I be able to record video?
Which BL allows me to record video and flash it to however flash I want?
