I set my V3i up with itunes today, and after I loaded my songs on it, I hit the eject button and itunes said that it could not eject it because it was in use. Windows wont eject it either. I know it is not being accessed, is it safe to just unplug it?

Yep, and the phone says do not disconnect cable....
Anyways, something with motorola phone tools was connected, even though I closed the application.
