Question about loading images/vids/BT into s66

Can anyone tell me what'S the best way to transfer images/videos in my S66. I got a 2.4 mHz pc, but it's 2 years old and not sure if it has infRared or BT in it. Also what Blue tooth headset would work with the s66.
