just wanna know where i can get a user guide for the audiovox 8300 because i lost mine and i need to check a few things

Actually my wife uses it. she seems to like it.
She had a CDM-9000 before. It (8300) has a few quirks. You can only charge it in the cradle or with a car adapter. The CDM-9000 was a direct plug-in to the power cord. Traveling with it (8300) is a pain.
It doesn't have any indication that's it's charging either. An LED on the desk unit goes from red to green, but the car charger just stays lit.
