Im having a heck of a time installing MS VC v1.0 on my 8125.
I try to install v1.0 but she stalls on "Installing Microsoft Voice Command.CAB"
with the progress bar full.
Tried to stop and reset and on restart it says "cannont run Microsoft Voice Command"
I havent even got to installing the free upgrade to 1.5 yet.
Anyone got this program running on 8125?

I purchased and installed 1.5. It's an .exe you run from your pc while connected via activesync. This may or may not help you if you can't obtain a copy of the 1.5 install, but I can assure you 1.5 installs easily and works just fine. If you want to dial over Bluetooth, you will need a reg hack to change the default dialer to voice command.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\VoiceCommand]
"Path"="\\Program Files\\Voice Command\\VoiceCMD.exe"
Hope this helps!

Thanks,
Maybe they will send me a 1.5 exe instead of the free upgrade

Ok finally found my answer.
The stock voice speed dial needed to be disabled from startup in order to install correctly.

How do you get the voicecommanders voice to be louder? Its way too soft.
