It depends on what problem are you experiencing ? Is it too smal and doesnt fit ?
I got one off ebay too and it was like waaaaaaaaayyyy smaller ! I got a black one, actually i had 2 cuz seller sent a 2nd one to me and it was also small i send both of them back to her last week , she didnt get them yet. If she doesnt get them after next week i will probably report or try to talk to seller to get me refund.

You prolly dont want to hear this but sometimes you hav to use a little force...
My wife's z520a was a beoytch to get off, looked around the forums for some tips and found one saying to give it a HEALTHY pry. So I did with trepidation...seemed like it was going to break and then popped off...each on/off it got easier...
My son's z520 face came off like a dream.
I have had two w600i's (one XBM due to WSOD) an they both came off purdy easy.
Good luck

When I had the phone, the first thing I did was change the face plate from orange to Blue and It was pretty easy. Just pry it off.

You probably purchased a non-oem aftermarket faceplate. They don't fit very well.

Hmm, my sister got a white Hello Kitty face plate (made originally by Sanrio) and it fit perfectly. But then, I think it is a real one (it looks very high quality). I have had bad experience with after-market face plates, that's why I use phones that don't have face plates (at least not easily found or done).
