It's a few days now that i've had my V3c with Bell, and I've had nothing but problems connecting it to my computer.
First of all, i downloaded the special v3c p2k drivers.
I installed all that, and the phone is on com 5. No problems here.
However, apps that use p2k for anything simply don't work, or they freeze, or give me error messages, etc. I've tried bitpim, p2k commander (made for v3cs), motorola explorer, and a few others i got from motomodders.net.
The only one that worked like it should was motorola explorer, and that was in OBEX mode. Another program that used obex also worked (forget the name).
So basically i can only see the phone using obex with a usb cable (no bluetooth on my laptop unfortunately). P2k modes never work even though all the special drivers are installed, and all i can do is transfer ringers, pictures and videos.
Anyone have any suggestions? What about that special test mode? HELP!
thank you,
AU

Thought i should post that i found my own answer, and have decided to post everything as one file on rapidshare.
Everything is included to be able to seem edit your v3c, and you will also be able to download many other cool utilities for file transfer that are based on pst/p2k drivers/software.
I claim no responsibility for this, all i did was pool together some programs and instructions from another user of howardforums.
The archive can be downloaded here:
