No Caller ID on my Treo 650?

I just purchased a Palm Treo 650 that used to be a Cingular locked phone but I had it unlocked. I'm on T-Mobile.
When I get incoming phone calls it says "No Caller ID" even though I know it should say the phone numbers.
Why is that? Do I have to activate caller ID on the phone? How can I do that?
