Weird L6 Seem Edit Issues

I have a European L6 - North African mkt. I believe, and when I get a voicemail, I get that text message thingy with weird characters. I went into SEEM 0032.0001 and edited offset 02, bit 4 - But when I set the bit to OFF, the phone freezes at the startup screen. I turn the bit ON and all's well.

Any ideas of what's going on? Has anyone made a SEEM map, like XLR8, specifically for the L6 yet?

ffset 02 - bit 1: BLOCKS THESE FEATURES: Call barring, Call transfer, Info Services, do not read VM number from SIM, Voicemail ^@ text messages, Multi-Line Support, My Network List, Manual Network Search (1 on, 0 off - set to 0 to UNBLOCK these features)

I never really understood how the multiline worked on my unbranded L6, but after enabling that seem, my voicemail got the proper incoming icon.

I Have The Same Problem With That Message Thingy I Get When I Receive A Voicemail Or When I Go Into My Voicemail..on My Slvr L7 I Bought It Of Ebay Is Unlocked And Im Using It On T-mobile. Any Suggestions What I Should Do???? Thankzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
