ok well i saw on T.V. where cellphones including PC Mobile phones could use this program where if you were in the car, you could use Navigation on your phone... If anyone knows a program that preferably is free where i could use the navigation. please tell me ASAP

Not free...TomTom, iGuidance, MS Streets & Trips, google "PDA GPS Navagation".

Not only are you not going to find a free GPS app. because of there complexity and general large size, you also need a GPS receiver to be able to set up your unit for navigation...
