Add cash?!? The R90 costs much more than a D-E01... 46,000yen vs. 38,000yen MSRP...

What's so special about the r90? It seems outdated by today's standards. The dej01 though is the best discman ever built.

Best Discman ever built?!? You must be joking! I'm just looking for one to collect, if you're talking about the headphone output it's no match compare to alot of older models... I bet you've never seen or listened to a Sony D-Z555 or D-515 LOL!
What's so outdated about the R90? Unless you like the inferior sound quality of MDLP... Does your MD Recorder have a forged magnesium lid?!?
