Downloads to Phone or Card

I have downloaded VolumeCare Pro to my Card on the Treo 650 via SMS. How do I find it to activate it? It is present, but not active. In other words, do Apps such as this belong on the phone or card and how to you determine which?

That occasionally happens to me. The treo is a computer, and like computers, it often needs a restart for programs to work right. Try a soft reset.
