Had an acident with my phone.. urgent help needed

Today i was playing with my phone (HTC wizard, qtek 9100, etc) and i acidently clicked on something to do with the PIN in the phone settings. Now i cannot make any calls and the screen when i try to make a call says
"Sim card blocked. Please enter the PUK. You can still make emergency calls if your service provider supports it." What do i do? not having a phone is the death of me! thanks in advaNCE

call customer service for the provider you have , they will gladly give you the puk code, but sont try to guess it, you will fry your sim...

what happens if it becomes fryed? go get a new one from a cingular store?
